Job Description: Business Development Intern

Learning with Me (LWM) is a non-profit organization aiming to equip racialized youth, ages 10 to 18, across Ontario with computer programming skills. On our virtual learning platform, youth learn from and teach each other skills that will broaden their career opportunities while fostering a stronger sense of community.

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for performing a broad range of duties including working with available data to predict and identify engagement patterns, track promotional campaigns, make business recommendations based on factual data, and participate in other tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, strategic and quick to take initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Review, track and analyze outreach and engagement data. Highlight findings and make recommendations.

  • Participate in weekly meetings with the administrative team to share and discuss findings and recommendations.

• Analyze, report, and address any operational problems. Work with the team to fix issues.

• Develop and execute media strategies on various social media platforms.

• Optimize, analyze and report on both organic and paid campaigns.

• Create email marketing strategies and manage their deployment.

• Perform various customer service related activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
